The plan emphasizes professional development for staff, family engagement, and coordination of federal, state, and local services to provide a well-rounded education and support student success.

The GCHS School Improvement Plan for 2025-2026 focuses on maintaining attendance rates, improving pass rates in Math, Reading, Social Studies, and Science, and enhancing Career and Technical Education (CATE) outcomes. Key strategies include promoting a positive learning environment, providing real-world experiences, using PBIS for attendance incentives, targeted remediation, collaborative teacher support, and data-driven instruction. The plan also aims to improve outcomes for SPED and economically disadvantaged subgroups.

The Fries School Title I School-wide Plan for 2024-2025 focuses on several key areas to improve student achievement. These include addressing attendance issues, providing high-quality instruction with a focus on reading and math proficiency, and utilizing ongoing formative assessments to identify and address learning gaps. The plan also emphasizes strengthening the academic program through interventions, curriculum integration, and family engagement, as well as addressing the needs of at-risk students through counseling, mental health programs, and tiered support systems. The ultimate goal is to improve student achievement and future graduation rates through coordinated programs and services.
