The Official Community Plan for the Rural Municipality of Corman Park No. 344 provides a comprehensive policy framework to guide and manage the physical, environmental, economic, social, and cultural development of the municipality. The plan focuses on land use and growth management, sustainable agriculture, residential development, fostering employment and economic growth, enhancing recreation and community services, protecting natural areas and hazard lands, and developing transportation and public infrastructure. Its overall vision is to cultivate a diverse, sustainable, and prosperous community by ensuring Corman Park is a municipal leader, prepared for growth, and is diverse and evolving.

The Council held a joint meeting with the Town of Dalmeny to conduct a strategic planning session. The meeting included an in-camera session to discuss long-range and strategic planning matters before reconvening and adjourning.

The council meeting addressed several planning and development matters, including multiple rezoning applications and subdivision approvals. Discussions were held regarding municipal boundary alterations with the City of Martensville and the transfer of lands to the Moosomin First Nation. The council reviewed fire services agreements, property tax mill rate options, and financial reports. Additionally, the council discussed council orientation schedules for the upcoming election year, human resources activities, and infrastructure projects, specifically the reconstruction of Grasswood Road. A private in-camera session was conducted to discuss gravel supply negotiations.

The committee meeting addressed several key infrastructure and service delivery matters. Discussions included an update on the Canada Post civic address conversion timeline, which has been delayed due to urban delivery centralization efforts. A resolution was corrected to ensure proper approval for civic address recognition by Canada Post within the municipality. Additionally, the committee reviewed and recommended the adoption of a new Municipal Infrastructure Program policy, which establishes a transparent framework for evaluating resident-driven infrastructure improvement proposals such as road upgrades, drainage, and utility enhancements. The agenda also included verbal updates on service levels and requests for road renaming.

The meeting was a joint session between the Rural Municipality of Corman Park and the Town of Langham. The primary activity was an in-camera session held under The Municipalities Act to discuss long-range and strategic planning.
