Discussion items included OSC Intervention in a COH Rate Case before PUCO.

The meeting included approvals for various items such as Windham Exempted Village Local Schools and Horizon Education Centers as new members, an independent contractor agreement with Education Alternatives for Food Management Service, auction services for Independence Local Schools, and renewals of agreements with FerrellGas, Alco-Chem, Ashland University, Connect (Zoom License), and Equal Level. Additionally, the Executive Director was authorized to sign new agreements with Westlake City Schools and Vermilion Local Schools for Food Service Consulting, renew the Liberty Mutual Sponsorship Agreement and the agreement for BPI, Information Systems, and enter into preferred partner contracts with Facilities Management Express (FMX), Transfinder, Edulog, Bailey Consulting, Strause Refrigeration, and Arcadia Towers. The board also discussed the OSC State Audit Report and scheduled OSC Board Meetings for 2023-24.
