The Handy Township Board held a special meeting that included a closed session to discuss pending litigation related to the Fowlerville Area Fire Authority. The board then returned to the special meeting session.

The meeting included updates on the sewer system, including the RBC replacement and operator's report, as well as water-related issues such as Well #3 maintenance and the Silver Springs tie-in. The board discussed and approved a lease renewal with C. James Palmer, a new rate for water meters, and an updated assessor accessibility policy. They also scheduled a budget workshop for the upcoming fiscal year. Additional discussions covered the W.
