The Special Magistrate conducted code enforcement hearings regarding the unpermitted installation of air conditioning units at two properties. Additionally, the hearing involved the submission of various photographic exhibits and documents as evidence for the cases presented by city staff.

The City Commission held a meeting that included the presentation of a proclamation honoring tennis player Coco Gauff for her achievements and social advocacy. A recognition was also given to a fire rescue captain and his son for life-saving actions taken in Colorado. Representatives from the Delray Rocks youth sports organization presented a historical overview of their program, discussed their current operational needs, and requested funding support. Additionally, the Downtown Development Authority provided a presentation on their ongoing efforts to activate the Old School Square campus, including the Cornell Art Museum and the Vintage Gym, as part of their five-year management agreement.

The Board discussed a proposed ordinance regarding the implementation of new impact fees for city infrastructure, including parks, police, fire, water, and sewer services. The discussion covered the methodology for calculating these fees, the impact on future residential and commercial development, and the potential inclusion of incentives for workforce housing and historic preservation properties.
