The committee discussed logistical planning for the upcoming Independence Day celebration. The committee also reviewed updates on booth applications, confirmed logistical vendors for event equipment, and addressed the procurement of event t-shirts, sound services, and entertainment, including skydiving and golf cart arrangements.
