The meeting also scheduled an executive session to discuss matters concerning the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees, including the rescinding and adoption of student agreements for Student A-2025 and Student B-2025.

The special board meeting focused on student disciplinary cases. The board voted to expel Student A for making verbal threats of violence, with the student to be placed at the Regional Office of Education #20 Learning Alternative branch once a seat is available. Online learning will be provided until a seat opens.
