The board conducted a site walk prior to the meeting and reviewed a site plan application for a change of use for a property at 7 Plains Rd. from storage to a church. The board deemed the application complete and subsequently approved the request for the change of use.

The Board conducted a review of the final draft of the Short-Term Rental Ordinance and finalized plans to submit the document to the Board of Selectmen to schedule a public hearing and future consideration at the upcoming Town Meeting.
