The standing business for the Daggett County Commission and Redevelopment Agency (RDA) included an opening welcome, invocation, Pledge of Allegiance, and motions regarding the RDA meeting. Standing agenda items for discussion only covered updates on the RDA, Municipal Building Authority, Affordable/Workforce Housing, EMS/Sheriff's Office, Airports, Clinic, Roads, Code Enforcement, Legislation, and Tourism. Financial summaries and correspondence were also reviewed. Policy and Legislation discussions involved a recess for the MBA meeting and consideration of several purchase requests and agreements, including archery targets for the shooting complex, an engineering agreement for the Dutch John Airport Preservation Project, a standby services agreement for Flaming Gorge Fire & EMS District, a road tripping agreement with KUTV 2News, support for Manila Road Improvements, and an annual subscription for ESRI-GIS software. The Commission also discussed the surplus and transfer of county porta potties. Closed sessions were scheduled for both the Commission and the RDA to discuss matters permitted under State Code §52-4-205. Committee/Maintenance reports covered the Department of Public Safety, Justice Court, Board and Committee updates, and U.S. Forest Service updates.
