The board also appointed members to the Harrison County Conference Board and the Pottawattamie County Conference Board, as well as a Director to the AEA Board of Directors. They authorized the District Administration to submit requests to the School Budget Review Committee for modified supplemental amounts due to increases in certified enrollment and for open enrolled out students. The plan for the distribution of funds received for Education Support Personnel Salary Supplement was approved. A bid from Visual Edge for copiers was approved, and the Iowa Drug and Alcohol Testing Program was tabled. An Early Notification Incentive Program for teachers not returning for the 2026-2027 school year was offered, and the resignation of the JrH Volleyball Coach was approved.

The annual meeting included the approval of the agenda, presentation, and approval of the Secretary/Treasurer report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. The election results were received and certified.
