The meeting included discussion and action on various topics such as the release of a cash sidewalk bond for Ashbury Meadows, amending an agreement for the Astoria Road Stream Restoration Project, and revising fee schedules for legal representation of indigent defendants. Upon reconvening, the Commissioners were reminded of upcoming presentations and a hearing regarding the vacation of Hartzell Avenue. They were also informed of a recent cyber attack on the Kettering Network Hospital system.

The Board of County Commissioners held a regular session where they discussed and authorized several resolutions. They also approved contracts for expanded mediation services for youth, health care services for youth committed to the Juvenile Court's Center for Adolescent Services, and behavioral health services. Additional actions involved accepting a grant from the Ohio Department of Children and Youth, amending substitute care agreements, and authorizing a delegation of activities agreement with the City of Germantown. The board also discussed the Diamond Mill Road Bridge Rehabilitation Project, including the project scope, right-of-way details, and project schedule.
