The Council discussed several key items, including the approval of small loan applications, ratification of various executive actions and legal contracts, and the approval of tribal member enrollment. Significant focus was placed on natural resources and energy matters, with the Council authorizing home site leases, a cell tower procurement waiver, and multiple Rights-of-Way for energy pipeline and infrastructure projects. Additionally, the Council ratified various financial sponsorships, donations, and budget revisions. Economic development and health-related items were also addressed, including small business grants, the approval of a Good Road Recovery Center holiday pay policy, and various medical assistance requests for tribal members.

The council addressed numerous administrative and financial items, including the approval of oil and gas royalty revenue distributions, tribal employee Christmas bonuses, and a cost-of-living adjustment. Significant executive actions included ratifying various construction contracts for projects in Twin Buttes, approving an appointment for the Fort Berthold District Court, and authorizing consultant agreements for tribal segments. The council also approved enrollment applications, alcohol and business licenses, and modifications to the Emergency Operations Center scope of work. Health and Human Services matters were reviewed, including contracts for speech therapy and sober living facilities, while the Natural Resources and Energy committees secured approvals for utility rights-of-way and infrastructure projects.

Significant time was spent reviewing and authorizing budgets for departments such as Indian Health Services, Law Enforcement, Game and Fish, Energy, and Solid Waste. Additionally, the council approved wage increases for the Roads Department, modifications to road maintenance contracts, and loan-related amendments for both a small loan program and an external associate firm.

The committee discussed and approved a dog control resolution, which was slated for presentation to the full Tribal Business Council at their subsequent meeting.

The committee approved assistance for eligible applicants under the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program and established rental fees for the Science Center for the Fort Berthold Community College. Key actions included approving requests for time-and-a-half pay for specific contract work, implementing a new procedure for departmental secretaries to record minutes, and designating a high priority for an upcoming home repair project. Furthermore, the committee authorized payment for equipment repairs, addressed staff chain of command assignments, and approved emergency fuel assistance for a local resident.
