This document outlines the strategic initiatives for Adregs, focusing on transforming human health through advancements in research and graduate education in pharmaceutical and clinical sciences, toxicology, and pharmaceutical outcomes. The plan is organized around two main areas: Research, which seeks to strengthen existing research, increase funding, foster team science, and enhance administrative support; and Graduate Studies, which aims to improve program quality and learner experience, enhance training support, provide high-quality mentorship, and boost alumni engagement. The overarching vision is to cultivate an inclusive environment that advances knowledge and improves health outcomes through robust research and education.

The meeting included introductions of new council members and updates on several operational items. Key discussions centered on Academic Calendars, requiring submissions for AY 2021-2022 by October 2020. Curriculum updates addressed instruction modes (Remote/Online/Hybrid) requiring proper course coding and the Registrar's Office's plan to define these terms further. Discussions covered Fall 2020 course roll updates and necessary tab synchronization. Additionally, the council addressed transcript notations, including semester/course notes and P+ Grading Scheme reflective updates, as well as the Modified Grading Scheme for Spring/Summer 2020 specific to CU Anschutz/Denver, which required student advisement before opting in. Information was provided regarding the process for posting final grades and the development of a grade change solution in OnBase. Finally, there was a report on the availability and awarding process for emergency student funds through CARES Act funding, noting requirements for FAFSA eligibility.

The meeting addressed key topics concerning course management and policy adjustments. Discussions included the assessment of fees for various instructional modes (Online, Hybrid, Remote, On Campus), noting differences in fee application between CU Denver and CU Anschutz. The council also reviewed the potential extension of the Modified Grading Basis (P+, No Pass) to Fall 2020, mentioning that CU Boulder has adopted a modified version that is being considered campus-wide, although the Graduate School and Nursing have expressed concerns. Furthermore, there was a discussion on including the Registrar's Office in New Plan/Subplan proposals for compliance assurance, the process for Fall 2020 residency petitions considering COVID-19 impacts on domicile establishment, and the initiation of the Leepfrog/Catalog project, which involves building new academic catalogs that will eventually enable degree audits via uAchieve software.

The meeting covered discussions on new certificate programs originating from the Skaggs School of Pharmacy, including logistical considerations for dissemination and necessary approval processes. Key updates and discussions involved administrative drop, student billing, withdrawal status, and procedures for cleaning up inactive records. The council reviewed the Parchment Storefront update, confirming it is live. Discussions also addressed the published 2020-2021 Academic Calendars, the scheduling conflict affecting the Fall 2020 Commencement date relative to the end of term, and progress on Summer 2020 and Fall 2020 course rolls. Finally, service indicators for graduating students and catalog considerations for certificates were reviewed.

The 2022 Facilities Master Plan for the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus updates its strategic direction and infrastructure planning to meet Colorado Department of Higher Education requirements. The plan integrates five strategic initiatives: Leverage Data, Build a Healthcare Innovation Institute, Enhance the Student Experience, Partner on Patient-Centered Care, and Invest in Our People. It aims to accommodate anticipated population growth, refresh goals, provide adaptable solutions for changing academics, and foster innovation, collaboration, and a nationally and globally renowned academic, research, and clinical environment, ultimately enhancing the well-being of individuals, families, and communities.
