This document is the FY2024 Annual Update to the Yolo County Housing's Five-Year Agency Plan (FY2020-FY2024), detailing ongoing strategies and progress in providing affordable housing and community development services. The plan focuses on four strategic priorities: Building Up our Communities, Investing in Development, Investing in our People, and Expanding our Capacity and Building our Systems. Key initiatives include expanding partnerships, promoting self-sufficiency, analyzing and implementing Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD), constructing new units, advocating for funding, organizational restructuring, employee and resident job training, process automation, and technology investment. The overarching goal is to address housing needs, enhance safety, and improve operational efficiency and service delivery for residents in Yolo County.

The meeting included the appointment of Gloria Partida and Quirina Orozco as Directors. Gloria Partida was elected as President and Richard Lansburgh as Vice President for 2021. The NH CDC Executive Director gave a presentation on the Solar Project and a presentation on a loan request to advance Esparto development. The board reviewed and approved a loan to Yolo County Housing to advance the development of homes for low-income agricultural families.
