The Board decided to postpone the SEQRA review for the CDBG 2024 Veteran's Park improvements, instead sending project manuals and plans to Dutchess County Planning for initial review. The introduction of a local law to create a tree committee was tabled pending an attorney-client meeting. The Board accepted the resignations of Deputy Clerk Emerald Havelin and Planning Board member Joshua Schultz, and appointed Ata Secemlis to the Planning Board. Discussions also covered upcoming CDBG 2026 ideas, the 175th Celebration with extended music hours in the park, a potential artist fair, and the authorization to advertise for a part-time Municipal Bookkeeper.
