Salaries were limited to a 1.5% increase for appointed and full-time elected officials, with no increase for Town Board Members, the Supervisor, and the Town Attorney. The budgets for the Bacon Hill Fire Protection District and the Gansevoort Sewer District remained the same as in 2015, while the Moreau Emergency Squad and the General Schuyler Emergency Squad saw a .73% increase. Concerns were raised regarding the Attorney Contractual line, Personal Services/Planning allocations, and high Medical Insurance disbursements. The hearing was then adjourned.
