The council approved continuing a project to repair the roof of the old gas station.

The council addressed bill payments, a sewer report regarding pump operations and check valve replacements, and new business including a rebate from Xcel, a request to paint lines on the pickleball court, and changes in floodplain management. A crossing diagnostic meeting concerning a railroad crossing south of the city was discussed, and the preliminary budget for 2026 was presented and approved. Concerns were raised about run-down properties, with plans to send letters to owners requesting improvement plans.
