The meeting commenced with a roll call, followed by the approval of the minutes from the November 15th meeting and the approval of bills and claim vouchers. Operational updates confirmed the wastewater plant passed New York State DEC and Suffolk County Health Department inspections, the water department wells are operational, and all village buildings have been winterized. Other actions included authorizing advertising for a proposed local law concerning the 2026 tax cap, approving the establishment of polling places for the 2026 village election, and authorizing the advertisement for the sale of a surplus 2011 Ford pickup truck.
