The Authority meeting began with adding a Reorganization item to the agenda. The Authority voted to maintain all current positions. Key discussions included the presentation of the 2023 and 2024 Annual IDA Reports, authorization for the Director to transmit these reports subject to corrections, and notification regarding the completion and submission of Statements of Financial Interests. The status of development projects was reviewed, noting that The Liberty Forge Preliminary Land Development Plan was scheduled for review by the Board of Commissioners. It was also noted that all Land Development Plans from 2020 to the present are now available on the Township website.

The Reorganization Meeting focused on official transitions and administrative appointments.
