This Focused Master Plan for Falls International Airport-Einarson Field evaluates the condition and adequacy of existing building area facilities, produces 20-year activity forecasts, and recommends improvements. The plan outlines future development recommendations across several key areas: enhancing runway and taxiway infrastructure, expanding and modernizing building area facilities including hangars and aprons to accommodate forecasted aircraft growth, and implementing various miscellaneous improvements such as relocating the fuel farm, upgrading parking, and updating airport zoning. The overarching goal is to ensure the airport's logical development to meet future demand and operational needs through 2041.
