The Planning and Development Services Department submitted a request for approval to adopt Ordinance PZR21-0002 (amended) to update conditions for the conditional rezoning of Parcel #18-33-351-007 (Planterra Conservatory, 7315 Drake Road) from R-15 One Family Residential to B-3, General Business District. Key updates include modifications to parking conditions following ZBA action, updated language on operating hours and alcohol sales/consumption with a new event policy, and a condition on the installation of the southern portion of the safety path. The Planning Commission recommended approval of the amended conditions, with minor changes to wording. The Township Board previously approved the introduction of this ordinance.

The Planning and Development Services Director submitted Ordinance CZ23-03 for introduction, which amends the Zoning Ordinance to address code violations related to developments not completed in accordance with approved site plans. The Planning Commission recommended approval of the ordinance after a public hearing. The ordinance requires strict compliance with approved site plans for all construction and ongoing maintenance.
