The board discussed fiscal year-end financial transfers and the authorization of payments for upcoming holiday expenses. Discussions included cost-sharing for sanitation facilities with local softball and soccer groups, as well as planning for upcoming concert events and holiday activities. The meeting also addressed maintenance requirements for the playground and town forest park, including procurement of materials such as pathway stone, mulch, and sun protection for the sandbox, with a vote taken on the associated expenditures.

The board reviewed administrative and operational items, including signing bills, payroll, and commitments. The superintendent's report covered plant performance, septage volume, upcoming changes in business ownership, and staffing requirements for licensed operators, as well as a proposed contract for solids waste disposal. Financial updates regarding budget transfers and facilities upgrade pay requests were noted. Additionally, the board discussed a scheduled generator inspection and legal actions concerning a complaint and lien against a septage hauler.
