The commission addressed a comprehensive zoning map amendment project involving the rezoning of several parcels to remove outdated and obsolete zoning conditions. Finally, the committee approved the write-off of delinquent utility and miscellaneous accounts and authorized a budget appropriation for general obligation bond premiums.
