The Office of Assessment & Institutional Research (A&IR) at Scripps College aims to advance the college's mission and strategic plan by promoting a campus culture of evidence-based planning and decision-making. It focuses on serving the college's data needs by compiling, collecting, and reporting accurate data for both internal stakeholders and external reporting bodies. The office collaborates with other Scripps offices and across the Claremont Colleges to facilitate timely and transparent data reporting, and provides guidance on assessment cycles, data analysis, and interpretation.

A&IR serves Scripps College's data needs by compiling, collecting, and reporting accurate data both for internal stakeholders and external reporting bodies. The plan focuses on integrity and best practices around protection of the data of our stakeholders, including data privacy and confidentiality, especially for Scripps students.
