The plan addresses situation analysis, prevention measures, parent collaboration, reporting procedures, confidentiality, incident response actions, support measures, disciplinary sanctions, and follow-up. Key priorities include developing respect among students and staff, reducing schoolyard violence, increasing supervision, and equipping students with conflict resolution skills.

The board addressed several key items including a modification to the engineering contract for the renovation of Ecole Camille-Marcoux, the appointment of a regional interim representative for the application of contractual rules, and the adoption of school calendars for the 2026-2027 academic year. Additionally, the council prioritized objectives for the Plan d'engagement vers la réussite, adopted the triennial plan for the allocation and destination of buildings, and issued establishment acts for schools and centers. A resolution was also passed to support the development of a long-distance transport service for students to address regional travel needs.

The board meeting focused on the adoption of the operating, investment, and debt service budget for the 2025-2026 school year. The board resolved to transmit the balanced budget to the Minister of Education. Additionally, the board recognized the efforts of the financial resources team in finalizing the budget under tight deadlines and formally expressed dissatisfaction to the Ministry regarding the restrictive timelines imposed for such financial planning.

The board meeting included the adoption of a new policy regarding the disposal of movable property, the adoption of a workplace health and safety policy, and the repeal of a policy on safety clothing and uniforms. Additionally, the board approved the parameters for the 2026-2027 primary and secondary school calendars, accounting for the provincial elections. The annual financial report for the period ending June 30, 2025, and the auditor's report were accepted, and updates were made to the committee composition for the current session.
