The joint meeting of the Athletics and Buildings and Grounds Committees covered several infrastructure and sports program updates. The Buildings and Grounds committee discussed solar energy projects, restroom renovations, district-wide air filter replacements, handrail installation, and various facility improvements including a gym entrance, office corridor, and stadium entrance. Additionally, site appraisals and potential hospitality suite designs were reviewed. The Athletics Committee provided a review of the winter sports season achievements, current spring sports status, upcoming schedule cycles, coaching pay structure adjustments, PHAC restructuring, new sports classifications, and proposed equipment additions such as a soccer field scoreboard and a baseball field net system.

The Athletics and Buildings & Grounds Committees met to discuss various facility improvements and athletic program needs. Topics included the update of the swimming pool chemical system, renovation plans for the stadium restroom, maintenance of grounds equipment, status of a solar project, and accessibility improvements for stadium bleachers.
