The School District of Marlboro County aims to develop all students to their fullest potential and foster productive, lifelong learners within a safe and positive learning environment, supported by highly qualified staff. The district will implement a five-year strategic plan and school renewal plans to align resources towards accountability, improved student academic performance, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement. A performance-based accountability system will be established, incorporated into the strategic plan, and annually reviewed with key stakeholder involvement.
