The Board of Supervisors meeting covered several key administrative and community projects. Updates were provided on the Oxford Regional Planning Commission activities, a successful grant award for road and drainage improvements, and PennDOT approval of the annual liquid fuels expenditure audit. The Board voted to increase the annual salt contract tonnage request. A resolution regarding the Mason-Dixon Line Arc Project was adopted. Furthermore, reports were received from various departments including the Tax Collector, Roadmaster, and Emergency Management Coordinator, with the latter detailing a hazard mitigation draft plan. Lastly, an update regarding the Master Plan for Big Elk Creek State Park and community recreation planning were discussed.

The primary purpose of this meeting was to review the 2025 Budget vs Actual reports and discuss the Proposed 2026 Budgets, noting that very few changes were necessary. Subsequently, the Board unanimously approved the General Fund 2026 Budget and the Open Space Fund Budget 2026 for advertisement.

The meeting primarily focused on organizational appointments for the year. Key actions included the appointment of a Temporary Chairman, Chairman (Albert Jezyk, Jr.), and Vice Chairman (Estace Walters). The Board designated depositories and established signing requirements for checks. Miscellaneous agreements included designating Union Fire Company No. 1 and authorizing the PSATS Annual Educational Conference & Trade Show attendees. Later in the meeting, the Board conditionally accepted "The Plan" related to the MD Line Arc Corner Vision Partnership Plan pending approval by the Township Solicitor, and unanimously approved the 2026 contracts for the Union Fire Contract and the Union Fire Co. Ambulance Division Contract. The Board also voted to advertise future meetings on the first non-holiday Monday of each month.

The primary purpose of this meeting was the adoption of the Final Budgets for the year 2026. The Board unanimously approved the 2026 General Fund Budget and the 2026 Open Space Fund Budget.

The Board appointed Michael Corcoran as the voting delegate for the Chester County Tax Collection Committee (CCTCC). Updates were provided on the ORPC meeting regarding a proposed anaerobic digester and concerns raised about truck traffic on Old Forge Road. The Board reviewed significant funding increase requests from Union Fire and EMS for 2026, with commentary suggesting financial strain from steep annual increases. Bridge updates noted that the Hickory Hill Bridge reopened and the Camp Bonsul Bridge was scheduled to open mid-month. Old Business included a deadline for Master Plan comments, and New Business involved presenting a memo regarding RT41 development plans.
