Governor Kathy Hochul announced a significant statewide initiative for road and bridge repair, driven by record infrastructure investments for New York State. The plan includes over $600 million for New York State Department of Transportation paving projects and a historic $2.8 billion five-year capital plan for the Thruway Authority for the period of 2026-2030.
