Mr. Jared Crisp reported on the natural gas system modeling and analysis completed by Small Arrow Engineering, with a report and recommendations scheduled for the next meeting. A Budget Committee selection for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 was also planned for the next agenda. The board discussed a proposed sewer extension and underground electric service request from All In Fitness, approving a low quote for the sanitary sewer extension. Six employees are attending a virtual Water and Wastewater Certification Class. Mrs. Teri Hill reported on a Supervisors Luncheon focusing on supervisor responsibilities. Additionally, claims were approved for payment.

The board approved members to serve on the Budget Committee for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2023. The transfer switch for the new generator at the Wastewater Treatment Plant was discussed, with updates on its shipment status. There was also discussion regarding compaction test results of the flow equalization basin side slopes. An agreement was discussed regarding a Bill of Sale with Southwestern Bell Telephone Company dba AT&T Oklahoma for the transfer of ownership of wood poles to the Pryor Municipal Utility Board.
