It includes a 65% ad valorem tax abatement for 30 years and acknowledges existing liens and encumbrances on the project.

The Cross County Quorum Court held a meeting where they discussed budget reports, road and bridges updates, and considered several ordinances. One ordinance aimed to establish the annual operating budget for 2022, but it failed to pass. Another ordinance to appropriate funds from the Treasurer's Automation Fund for equipment purchase was adopted. Additionally, an ordinance to increase the starting salary of the Chief Deputy Treasurer was discussed but also failed to pass. Public comments were also heard during the meeting.
