Additionally, the Board discussed an agreement with Hailstone Economics for the development of a comprehensive plan and approved engaging the firm to apply for a grant from the Department of Community & Economic Development to cover 50% of the service costs.

The board reviewed various department reports, including the Fire Department's monthly call volume, the Treasurer's report, and status updates concerning the Road Master and Zoning departments. Old business included an update on the proposed Data Center Overlay zoning ordinance, for which a future public hearing was scheduled, and the authorization for the Chairman to sign division orders for Expand Energy and Equinor.
