They also approved a requisition for drawdown against the Bond Issue, accepted a bid for a l ton Dump Truck, and authorized Chester Engineers to do engineering and estimation of cost for sanitary sewering for Lebanon and Noble Roads, and Pittsburgh-McKeesport Blvd. They also authorized the Operations Manager to award to the lowest responsible bidder of three letter quotes for asphalt work on spot repair sites, and authorized Chester Engineers to evaluate the Thompson Run Creek outfall.
