The meeting included the election of officers, where Randy Welsch was re-elected as Chairman, Hansmire as Vice Chairman, and Fairley as Secretary. Banahan was selected to represent the commission on the Board of Adjustments. The board also participated in a workshop for the 10-year comprehensive plan presented by Marvin Planning Consultants.

Following these adoptions, the commission held an election of officers, reelecting the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Board of Adjustment Representative, while reelecting the Secretary. Finally, the P&Z Commission Bylaws were reviewed and approved, and a general discussion followed regarding commission resources.
