The board meeting included discussions and actions on several key areas. An Assistant Wastewater Operator was appointed. The meeting included the removal of a school crossing guard and the appointment of Luke Zeh & Jacob Mitchell as Crossing Guards for the 2025-2026 School Year. The board formally requested the NYS Office of State Comptroller to conduct an internal audit of the Village's operations and related practices.

The meeting included the appointment of Jose Contreras as a step-1 Full-Time Police Officer, through a lateral transfer from the Bath Police Department.

Correspondence included discussion of the Steuben County Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan, Pro-Housing Community Re-certification for 2025, the PERMA Points Loyalty Program, and a NYCOM Retirement Contribution increase for 2026-2027. Status reports covered the Water Infrastructure Project with updates on HUNT and USDA, the FEMA Mitigation Well #1 Generator awaiting final completion, and the WWTP/UV Project with a monthly update from B&L.
