The Reorganization Meeting addressed the election of key leadership positions, including the Council President, Vice President, and President Pro Tem. Borough officials were appointed or reappointed, such as the Secretary/Treasurer, Chief of Police, Public Works Superintendent, and Borough Solicitor. Board and commission appointments included the reappointment of a member to the Planning Commission and the reappointment of a member to the Zoning Hearing Board, with solicitor ratification. Key discussions during the meeting included the ratification of year-end bills for payment. The Fire Chief presented the year-end report and a plaque was presented to the Mayor for his support. Committee reports noted that Pickleball Courts will reopen in the spring. Old business included tabling the discussion regarding the allocation of 2024 LSA Grant funds for radios and propane. The Honey Brook Borough Council held its first monthly meeting on April 4, 2022, approving the minutes of the March 21, 2022 meeting and the payment of bills.
