This document outlines a community-led vision for the future of Alton Schools, developed through the 'Reimagine Alton Process' with extensive stakeholder engagement. The committee reviewed the FRIS report regarding federal grant revenue and analyzed FY24 tax receipts, noting that approximately 94% of the tax levy has been received. The revenue-expenditure report was discussed, with expenditures tracking on budget and investment revenue exceeding projections. The committee evaluated current investment holdings with PMA and reviewed a transportation claim. Additionally, the committee entered a closed session to address student discipline and real property matters.

The meeting agenda included a session to discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of employees, with potential action to follow in an open session. Additionally, the agenda specified the appointment of the firm Guin Mundorf to serve as the District Attorney.

The meeting was convened to conduct closed sessions for the purpose of holding student discipline hearings.
