The Reorganization Meeting agenda focused on establishing key roles and official appointments for the township. This included the swearing-in of commissioners and the treasurer. Major actions involved the election of a President and Vice-President, and the reappointment or appointment of several key administrative and advisory positions. These appointments covered Township Manager, Assistant Manager, Solicitors, Township Engineer, Deputy Tax Collector, Fire Marshal, Emergency Management Coordinator, members of the Emergency Management Council, Planning Commission, Zoning Hearing Board, Vacancy Board Chairman, Code Enforcement Officer, Zoning Officer, Building Inspector, Sewage Enforcement Officers, Floodplain Administrator, members to the Eastern Berks Regional Police Board and Transportation Committee, and Recreation Committee members. The agenda also included resolutions concerning Pay & Benefit Schedules, the Treasurer's Bond, appointing a bureau to collect delinquent assessments and fees, setting the 2026 fee rates for various services, designating bank depositories, and naming officers for Pension Plans and the Right-to-Know Office.

The Board of Commissioners of Colebrookdale Township will consider for adoption a budget resolution at a public meeting. The proposed budget is available for public inspection at the Township Building.

The Board of Commissioners held a budget meeting to review the General Fund Budget for 2026. The Roadmaster presented proposed road projects for 2026, including addressing the trench drain at the bottom of Fortress Drive and replacing pipes on Mountain Road. The Board reviewed revenues and expenses for 2025 to date and discussed increasing funding for the Boyertown Ambulance, Boyertown Are Fire and Rescue, and the Boyertown Library. A revised budget will be prepared for review at the next Township Budget Meeting.

The Board of Commissioners discussed a new personnel policy manual, focusing on the transition to Paid Time Off (PTO). They also addressed healthcare deductibles for the Township Manager. The meeting included discussions on financial reports, authorization for payment of bills, and the Eastern Berks Regional Police report. An agreement with the Animal Rescue League was authorized. An estimate for right-of-way tree trimming was approved. Various permit applications and code enforcement actions were reviewed. The Stormwater Agreement for the Turf Field Project was discussed. The release of unused escrow funds and Volunteer Fire Relief Association funds was approved, as well as a payment to the Municipal Retirement Trust. Fund transfers from the Street Light Fund and Recycling Fund to the General Fund were approved. A recycling grant was received, and new website quotes were reviewed. The Board also received a copy of the Intergovernmental Agreement with Boyertown Borough regarding the Boyertown Community Park.

The meeting addressed a Conditional Use Decision violation concerning a Bed and Breakfast, with discussions leading to a notice of violation. Financial matters were reviewed, including the Treasurer's Report and payment of bills from various Township funds. Reports were presented by the Eastern Berks Regional Police and the Roadmaster. The Code Enforcement Officer's Report led to setting fees for Food Truck Licensing and adjustments to Liberty Park Pavilion rental fees, as well as fees for short-term rental registration and inspection. The Township Manager was authorized to transfer funds from the HRA Fund to the General Fund. Conditional approval was granted for the final invoice payment for the pavilion project, pending paperwork approval. A resolution was approved for establishing a Qualified Small Employer Health Reimbursement Agreement. The MS4 Stormwater Project was discussed, and the Township received the NPDES Permit for the Boyertown Area School District Turf Field Project. A request for a nominee to serve on the Berks County Tax Collection Committee was acknowledged.
