The vision is to be recognized for the flexibility and relevance of its programs and services, offering an engaging and inclusive experience to every member of its diverse college community.

The meeting covered several key topics, including the adoption of the agenda with modifications, approval of items under the mutual consent agenda, and reception of the Executive Committee report. The performance evaluation of the President-Director General was discussed, and reports from the Audit and Risk Management Committee were presented, covering financial statements, investments, and fund allocations. The election of board leaders and committee members for 2024-2025 was conducted, and the initial consolidated budget for 2024-2025 was approved. Performance reports on full-time equivalents, student satisfaction, graduate satisfaction, applied research, and sustainable development were presented, along with the designation of an emergency replacement for the President-Director General. The annual report for 2023-2024 was approved, and various communications were received.
