The Board discussed various operational and administrative matters, including a review of HUD correspondence regarding parental support and the Student Rule, performance evaluations for the Executive Director, and updates on the Chambers Crescent project. The Executive Director provided reports on soil contamination status, the Good Neighbor Program, Section 8 lease-ups, and staff recognition events.
