The Gilman City R-IV School Wellness Policy aims to promote the health, well-being, and academic success of all students. The policy is designed to help students develop lifelong habits that support academic achievement and overall well-being.

This document outlines the Local Education Agency's (LEA) Parent and Family Engagement Policy and Plan. It details the processes for jointly developing, agreeing upon, and distributing the policy with parents, as well as involving them in the overall LEA plan development. Key focus areas include building capacity for effective parent involvement, coordinating strategies with other educational programs, and conducting annual evaluations to assess effectiveness, identify barriers to participation, and address parent and family needs to improve student academic achievement and school performance.
