The board approved financial reports, including the Treasurer's Report, Imprest Fund Report, and Activity Fund Reports, along with the payment of bills. In new business, the board officially set the date for 8th Grade Graduation.

The agenda includes the review of financial and treasury reports, the discussion and action concerning board meeting dates for the 2025-2026 school year, an executive session regarding personnel matters, the prevailing wage resolution, an amended budget hearing and approval, and the first reading of policy updates.

The board approved the rehiring of tenured and non-tenured certified staff, as well as non-certified educational support personnel for the upcoming school year. Additionally, the board approved the appointment of a girls assistant basketball coach and accepted resignations from two staff members effective at the end of the current school year.

The board approved several coaching appointments, including the hiring of an assistant girls basketball coach and various volunteer assistant coaches for the 2025-2026 school year. Additionally, the board approved the rehiring of the head cross country coach, boys head baseball coach, and girls head softball coach for the 2026-2027 school year.

The board approved an overnight field trip for the boys basketball team to Indianapolis, Indiana, for January 2026. Additionally, the board accepted the auditor's report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, and authorized the provision of staff Christmas gifts.
