The Commissioners' Court examined and approved the Quarterly Report of the County Treasurer for the period from April 1, 2025, to June 30, 2025. The court verified the amounts received and paid out of each of the several County Funds, as well as the balance of each fund. The Clerk of the Court was ordered to file the report and the order in the Record Binder for County Finances.
The Refugio County Commissioners' Court approved the new Refugio County Personnel Policy Manual but failed to pass a Resolution to formally adopt it. The elected officials and employees of Refugio County have been operating under the terms and conditions of the Personnel Policy Manual since it was approved.
