The Village Board established a schedule of fees related to various services and permits. These fees include those for abandoned or dilapidated buildings, property maintenance, junked vehicles, appliances, administration, alcohol and event licenses, special assessment payments, dog and chicken licenses, residential and commercial remodeling, additions, new construction, sign permits, fireworks permits, driveway permits, moving permits, demolition permits, conditional use permits, zoning amendment petitions, copies, notarizations, and special assessment requests from title companies. Additional fees were set for grass cutting, NSF checks, snow and ice removal, and committee meetings.

The Village of Minong board meetings covered a range of topics including updates on the Well House project, discussions on the Operator in Charge Agreement, and the Village Campground project. The board also discussed replacing the Village Hall furnace and AC units, parking lot signs, and sanding services for Northwood School. Further discussions included ordinance violations, website updates, demolition follow-up, timber cutting at the Sewer Treatment Plant, and updates on Village bank account signatories. Updates were provided on the Edgewood Apartments, transfer station, fire and ambulance reports, and streamlining procedures in the Village office. Road repairs, deduct meters, office security upgrades, finance committee recommendations, and the Citizen Communication Project were also discussed. The board also discussed the Community Development Block Grant application, the Farmer's Market, and local road truck routes.

The discussions covered the status and tentative schedule for the Well House Project, including proposed funding through state loan programs and block grants, and a postponement of the decision regarding the MSA Operator in Charge Agreement to allow for further cost/benefit analysis. The board also discussed sewer deduct meters and campground project invoices. Key actions included approving quotes for Village Hall furnace/AC replacement and authorizing the sale of the old bucket truck. In regular business, the board addressed concerns regarding sanding services outside Village property, established procedures for ordinance violation fines, updated bank account signatories, and held a closed session regarding the Deputy Clerk-Treasurer position, resulting in a motion to post the Assistant to the Clerk-Treasurer position. Subsequent meetings addressed the MSA OIC Agreement, approved furnace quotes, and discussed the disposal of old sewer pipes, lift station pump/panel repairs, and a one-time waiver for a sidewalk fee. A public hearing was held regarding the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) application for the Well House Project. The subsequent regular meeting approved resolutions for CDBG matching funds and application submission, approved the Summer Road Plan chip seal projects, accepted the winning bid for timber cutting at the sewer treatment plant, approved funding for Well 1 & 2 maintenance, and approved a budget amendment to reduce the Village President's pay to offset future communication tool costs. Finally, the board hired a new Clerk Treasurer Assistant.
