The Moscow School District's Continuous Improvement Plan is designed to empower a vibrant and healthy community through continuous growth and deeply connected relationships. The plan focuses on providing students with the necessary tools to become contributing members of society, fostering a supportive environment for learning, and enhancing community involvement in the planning process. Key areas of focus include detailed performance metrics for student achievement, growth, literacy proficiency, and college and career advising across all grade levels, with specific targets outlined for future academic years.

The Board meeting included presentations on A.B. McDonald Elementary, covering student demographics, community connections, fundraising, and academic growth, and on the District's Career Technical Education (CTE) programs, including graduation rates and program enrollment. The Board discussed a Coffee Conversation event, the Superintendent's annual evaluation, the Idaho School Boards Convention, facility updates, and transitioning to the ISBA policy manual. They reviewed and revised technology policies and discussed revisions to the classified handbook. The board also discussed and approved the purchase of a school bus, an activity bus use procedure, an independent contractor agreement with a nurse practitioner, and revisions to special services policies. The consent agenda included fiscal services, donations, human resources, and disposal for surplus equipment.
