The analysis explores three strategic paths: an AP-only model, an IB-only model, or maintaining both programs. Each path includes considerations for increasing offerings, enhancing training, exploring dual enrollment opportunities, and managing exam costs. Future work involves evaluating program effectiveness through student course participation and enrollment, formalizing course evaluations, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and preparing for the next 5-year IB self-study due in 2025.

This document outlines the North Shore Central School District's 2019 Capital Project, focusing on improving safety and security, instructional spaces, infrastructure, and energy performance. The project aims to achieve a tax-neutral, impactful, healthy, safe, efficient, and contemporary learning environment through various renovations and additions, including libraries, STEAM labs, and essential facility upgrades across multiple schools.

This document outlines the North Shore School District's comprehensive approach to safety and emergency management, detailing strategies for risk reduction, prevention, intervention, and protocols for effective response and recovery from various emergencies. The plan focuses on minimizing the impact of serious incidents, coordinating with local and county resources, and ensuring the continuity of the educational process. Key components include staff training, drills, communication strategies, and the ongoing oversight of a District-wide Safety Team, in compliance with the Safe Schools Against Violence in Education (S.A.V.E.) law.
