This strategic plan outlines a roadmap for enhancing organizational effectiveness. It is structured around three primary goals: improving the employee experience through cultural cultivation, talent attraction, and leadership communication; recalibrating, documenting, and maintaining consistent standards of practice; and delivering the highest quality services, products, and information to customers through improved publications, customer outreach, and modernized offerings.

The committee discussed a citizen's comments regarding a street light. They also addressed resolutions for the acceptance of streets in Durham Farms and Anderson Point. Additionally, they discussed and approved a pavement management plan for the city, including methodologies for establishing the annual paving plan, maintenance treatments, and the proposed annual budget for paving and maintenance.
