There was also a discussion regarding a proposed ordinance to amend the Brighton Township Zoning Code, which has been submitted to the Beaver County Planning Commission for review.
The reorganization meeting included the nomination and election of officers, retaining the existing slate: Sandra Fitzgerald as Chairwoman, James A. Culler as Vice-Chairman, and J. Braden Rowse as Secretary. Additionally, attorney W. John Rackley was retained as the Zoning Hearing Board Solicitor. Ms. Fitzgerald announced her resignation from office effective December 31, 2025.
