The Selectmen reviewed approved Permit by Notification (PBN) construction permit applications and approved the accounts payable and payroll manifests as presented, as well as the general journal entries.
The meeting involved discussions on various permits and Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU). The board discussed the changes needed to update the ordinance to comply with the new State requirements on ADU and decided to review all pertinent information before the next meeting to implement a good definition for ADU in the ordinance. There was also an expression of interest in the planning board from a member of the public.
