Additionally, the Electronic Poll Book grant acceptance was approved.

Miscellaneous items covered the final purchase price of Heritage Springs and the execution of a General Release for a $13,000.00 National Grid repair claim. Finally, the Commission accepted four dedications for sanitary infrastructure from various developers: Forest Grove Phase 2B, 377 Moe Road Subdivision, Mott Orchard Phase 1, and Ivy Ridge Residential Subdivision.

Finally, a proposed Local Law was introduced to establish a Short-Term Rental Unit Registry and impose an occupancy tax, with a public hearing scheduled for March 11, 2026.
